I am so thankful God had me say "YES" to this program.  This program helped me tremendously.  It helped me to really hone in on my emotions, thoughts, beliefs on food, money, my body, my career and my true desires.  I have learned ways to turn negative thoughts into positive.  To live life more.  I used to focus so much on the gym, what my gym schedule looked like for the week, meal prep, what I had to eat.....All that focus and time and energy and stress took the joy OUT of living.  And I have let go more.  Just letting go of that stress has made a change in my mind, heart, and body.

I just want to let you know how much it means to have the support of you both and the other women in the sosl group. I haven't been able to join any of the calls live due to the time difference but have been watching the replays. Everything you've said I can totally relate to. I was nervous about joining and I know I still have a long way to go but really feel as tho I am making progress in being kinder to myself and trying to enjoy foods and exercise choices. It's definitely difficult but I am pushing and with the support of the group and family feel like I said I am starting to make progress.

No, this program is not appropriate for those currently struggling with an eating disorder. Recovering from an eating disorder requires one-on-one nutrition counseling and therapy, which are not provided in this program.

This program is appropriate for those struggling with more mild forms of disordered eating, such as yo-yo dieting, guilt around food, and/or binge eating (not purging).
Will I be done with my food obsessions in 12 weeks?
Great question. This program is designed to help give you the tools and strategies to help you break away from old habits and thought patterns, and get you more in tuned with your body with more self-love and confidence. That type of work takes years not weeks. You'll have all the support, tools and community to finally start feeling what it is like to be free from food and body obsessions. It takes time to shed old beliefs and create new ones that support you, that is why you have this program for life. You can come back and review the material to keep moving you forward in your life.
12 weeks is a long time to commit what if I can't keep up?

We both suffered from skin conditions -acne and eczema - and digestive issues for several years that affected our feelings of self-worth.

Our skin and health problems were borne out of our obsessive over-exercising, extreme dieting, and constant striving --this was the way our bodies chose to tell us to slow down, take better care of ourselves and find a better balance.

Yet we continued looking outside ourselves for ways to look and feel better and became obsessed with diet and exercise, believing that they held the answers.

For years we jumped from one program to the next, on a constant search for "the one" that would fix us so we could both finally feel happy with our bodies and lives.
